Returns & Exchanges

At Make Your Own Perfume, we want you to love your signature scent; if your custom creation or curated kit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that personalized fragrance bottles must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Perfume

  Carefully place the fragrance bottles in their original protective box and shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our scent experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
